The Center for Legal and Judicial Studies has released the latest issue of its journal Jurisprudence and Legislation.

TUNIS - The Center for Legal and Judicial Studies has released the latest issue of its journal Jurisprudence and Legislation.

Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of this famous bilingual publication, the French section of this issue includes several studies such as “Suppression of Drug-tacking (in sports activities) in Tunisian Law and in Comparative Law,” “Public Liability in Marine Pollution by Hydrocarbons” in addition to commentaries on the Finance Law provisions for 2009.

In the Arabic section, we can read “Facts about Judicial Action,” “The Role of Real Estate Tribunals in Overcoming Updating Difficulties,” “Real Estate Privatizing,” “Readings in the 2009 Finance Law Provisions,” in addition to commentaries on appeal civil and criminal decisions.
