During a ceremony organised, on Wednesday morning under President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali's chairmanship, Mr. Mohamed M'Zoughi Belkhiria, the new governor of Kef, was sworn in before the President of the Republic.

CARTHAGE - During a ceremony organised, on Wednesday morning under President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali's chairmanship, Mr. Mohamed M'Zoughi Belkhiria, the new governor of Kef, was sworn in before the President of the Republic.

 

The ceremony was attended by the minister of the interior and local development.
