Morocco to host first international conference on cryptography
Casablanca - Morocco's economic capital, Casablanca, is due to host the first international conference on cryptography, due on June 11-14, the Moroccan Cryptography Association (AMC) has announced.
According to AMC, Africacrypt 2008 will be organized in cooperation with the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR).
It is meant to be a reflection and exchange platform, and aims to shed light on the recent developments in cryptology and the security of electronic relations in general, according to organizers.
The event will be attended by some 150 researchers and experts in fields as different as industry, finance, telecoms and information security.
