Over 95,000 students pass baccalaureate exams during 2007-2008 school year

Rabat - A total of 95,242 students, out of 228,110 candidates, have successfully passed baccalaureate exams during the 2007-2008 school year.

    According to National Education ministry, successful candidates among girls numbered 47,376, that is 51.6%.

    35% of the candidates have obtained a distinction, that is a 14% increase compared to last year.

    Several measures have been taken this year to cope with school cheating, which fell by 26% compared to the previous year.
