New Libya national Company for Cement with 600 million capital
JANA reported today that The General Assembly of the National Cement Company established recently held its regular and extraordinary meetings Sunday in Tripoli in the attendance of its share holders.
JANA reported today that The General Assembly of the National Cement Company established recently held its regular and extraordinary meetings Sunday in Tripoli in the attendance of its share holders.
At the first extraordinary meeting the assembly reviewed the new articles of association of the company which states the transfer of the Arabic Company for Cement to a share holding company in implementation of the program of enlarging the economic base of ownership and the modification of its name to become The National Company for Cement Incorporated.
The company's 600 million dinars capital is divided into 6 million shares at a price of 100 dinars per share.
